Apple Cider Mocktail

First, prepare the Homemade Apple Cider:

1. Add the quartered Honeycrisp apples, Granny Smith apples, oranges, cinnamon sticks, and whole cloves to a large pot.
2. Cover completely with water and bring to a boil.
3. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 2–3 hours.
4. Mash the fruit gently with a potato masher to release all the juices.
5. Strain the cider through a fine-mesh strainer, pressing down on the fruit to extract as much liquid as possible.
6. Stir in the Truvia Brown while the cider is warm. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
7. Let cool slightly before making your mocktail.

Then, make the Apple Cider Mocktail:

1. Fill a glass with ice.
2. Pour in ½ cup of the homemade apple cider.
3. Top with a splash of sparkling water.
4. Garnish with an orange slice, apple slice, and cinnamon stick.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy! 🍎✨
