Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Start by browning your butter on the stove. Once your butter is browned transfer it to a large bowl and let it cool for 5 minutes. Add your brown sugar and granulated sugar to your cooled brown butter and mix. Add in your eggs and vanilla extract and mix well. Add in your dry ingredients and fold to combine. Place batter in the refrigerator to chill for at least 30 minutes. Once your batter has chilled, preheat your oven to 350F and remove it from the refrigerator and scoop cookies onto a lined baking sheet. Bake your cookies on 350F for 10-12 minutes. Enjoy!
