Chocolate Dipped Peanut Butter Cookies

Start by preheating the oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, mix together your creamy peanut butter and room temperature butter. Once smooth, add your egg and vanilla extract and mix. Add in your brown sugar and granulated sugar and mix one last time before adding in your dry ingredients. Mix until just incorporated and then scoop your cookies onto a lined baking sheet. Bake on 350F for 12 minutes. Once cooked and while still hot, use the back of a measuring spoon to flatten cookies out. Allow your cookies to cool completely before dipping them in melted chocolate. Allow your cookies to set for at least 20 minutes after dipping them in the chocolate. Enjoy!
