Chocolatey Peanut Butter Banana Bread

Preheat oven to 375F. In a large bowl mix 1 cup blanched almond meal, 1/2 cup oat flour, 1/4 cup tapioca, 1 tsp baking soda, and 4 tbsp coconut sugar. In a different large bowl mix 3 ripe bananas, 1/4 cup peanut butter, 2 flax eggs (or regular eggs), and 1/4 cup maple syrup (or honey). Combine all ingredients. Line a bread pan with foil or oil. Pour half of the mixture into the prepared pan. Add 1/3 cup cacao powder to the remaining half of the mixture to make it chocolate (or add 1/2 cup cacao to the entire mixture to make it fully chocolate). Pour the chocolate half over the regular half. Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes. After 30 minutes, check for doneness every 3 minutes with a toothpick.
