Creamy Chicken Noodle Soup

Start by adding 2 tablespoons of butter to a large pot on medium heat. Once your butter has melted, add in your onion, celery, and carrot and cook for five minutes before adding in your minced garlic. Cook for two minutes, then add in your chicken breast.

Add your chicken broth, seasoning, rosemary, and thyme. Allow this to come to a boil for 20 minutes. Cut the chicken and place it back in the pot. Add your blended cottage cheese and egg noodles and cook an additional 10 minutes.

Serve and enjoy!
