Homemade Cauliflower Pizza

Chop 1 head of cauliflower into florettes. Give the chopped cauliflower a steam bath for about 5-8 minutes to cook it slightly. Place the steamed cauliflower in a blender or food processor and blend until completely smooth. Place the cauliflower in a cheesecloth and wring out all water; this step is very important for the crust to cook properly. Place the dry cauliflower in a bowl and mix in 1 egg, 1/4 cup mozzarella, 1/4 cup parmesan, 1 tsp basil, oregano, garlic, and salt. Place the mixture in a pan on the stove and shape it into a pizza. Cook on medium heat until the bottom is crispy, then transfer it onto a lined baking sheet. Place in the oven at 400F for 10 minutes. Once the top is cooked, add your desired toppings (such as tomato basil sauce, fresh mozzarella, tomato, basil, and mushrooms) and cook until the cheese is melted.
