Homemade Chocolate Donuts

Whisk wet ingredients (eggs, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla) together. In a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients (gluten-free flour, coconut sugar, baking powder, cinnamon). Slowly incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Spray a donut pan with cooking spray. Pour batter into the prepared donut pan. Bake at 350F for 15 minutes. While the donuts are baking, melt dark and white chocolate in 1 teaspoon of coconut oil. Once baked, remove donuts from oven and let cool slightly. Cover the donuts in the melted dark or white chocolate and enjoy.
