One Pot Taco Salad

Start by heating your olive oil then add your ground turkey or beef and allow to cook completely through. Season your meat with 1 tbsp chili powder, 1 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, onion powder and paprika. Remove your cooked meat and cut into bite-size pieces. Add your onion and bell pepper to the pan with your cubed meat and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Add your cooked rice, salsa, black beans, and corn to the meat and pepper mixture and mix until everything is incorporated. Turn the heat off and top with cheese. Cover and let cheese melt without heat on for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
