Happy Sunday🤩! I made these peanut butter blondies a few days ago and i can’t stop eating them🤤. I’m planning on being very productive today. I have a test on Tuesday, so it looks like I’ll be in the library most of the day preparing for that. I hope y’all had a great weekend👍🏼☺️.

Preheat oven to 350F. Combine wet ingredients then add to dry and mix thoroughly. Pour into an 8 x 8 pan lined with parchment paper. Cook for 18 to 22 minutes or until cooked through. I topped mine with dark chocolate, but you can top with any chocolate you like.
