Protein packed rice Krispy treats

Start by crushing your rice cakes and setting them aside. In a small pot melt your butter, milk, and marshmallows until everything is completely melted and combined. Take off the heat and add in your rice cakes, cinnamon, and protein. Mix well until combined. Transfer to a small baking dish lined with parchment paper. Oil your hands and use them to flatten out the rice crispys into the baking dish. Top with sprinkles and white chocolate (optional). Place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Enjoy!
