Yummiest Cauliflower Pizza

Chop 1 head of cauliflower into florettes and place in a blender or food processor until creamy. Once creamy, give the cauliflower a steam bath for about 5-8 minutes to cook it a little. Place the steamed cauliflower in a cheesecloth and wring out all water. This step is very important for a crispy crust. Place the dry cauliflower in a bowl and mix in 1 egg, 1/4 cup mozzarella, 1/4 cup parmigiana, 1 teaspoon basil, oregano, garlic, and salt. Place the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and form it into a pizza shape. Bake at 400°F for 20-30 minutes, ensuring it is crispy and cooked all the way through, especially the middle. Once the crust is cooked, add your desired toppings and cook to your liking.
